• For wholesale or B2B shipments outside the U.S., please contact us directly at info@happyworldshopping.com.

 

2. Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

• We ship via major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

• All shipments include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

 

5. Warm-Weather & Temperature-Sensitive Shipments

Some of our products are sensitive to heat. During warm-weather months:

• We may use additional packaging materials to help protect your order.

• We recommend that you bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Despite our precautions, we cannot guarantee that chocolate or other delicate sweets will not soften or melt in extreme temperatures.

 

6. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on the site.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  – Check with neighbors or your building management

  – Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

• If the package is still missing, contact us at info@happyworldshopping.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

 

8. Incorrect Address

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
