Thank you for shopping with Happy World Shopping LLC (“Happy World Shopping”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We want you to be fully satisfied with every order. Because most of our products are food items and specialty sweets, this policy is designed to balance food safety with fair customer service.

 

Most of our products are food items and, for safety and regulatory reasons, we generally cannot accept physical returns of food products once an order has shipped. However, we always provide a resolution window for issues related to damage, spoilage, or items that are not as described.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Resolutions

 

• Non-food items (such as accessories or non-edible products) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.

 

• Due to food safety regulations, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed food products for resale.

 

• However, if your order arrives damaged, melted, spoiled, expired, or not as described, we will gladly work with you to make it right, in line with our 30-day resolution window (see section 3).

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

• Opened, partially consumed, or repackaged food products 

• Items with signs of misuse, improper storage, or damage caused after delivery 

• Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (30-Day Resolution Window)

 

If your order arrives damaged, melted, spoiled, expired, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with:

 

• Your order number 

• Photos of the product and the packaging 

• A brief description of the issue 

 

Once we review your claim, we may offer:

 

• A replacement shipment of the affected item(s); or 

• A full or partial refund to your original payment method.

 

Do not ship any food items back to us unless our support team specifically asks you to do so.

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

7. Marketplace Orders

If you purchased our products through Amazon or another marketplace, please follow the return and refund process of that platform. We are still happy to support you, but refunds must usually be processed through the original sales channel.
