We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, while also complying with food safety and consumer protection regulations.

1. General Return Window
For most eligible items, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund:
The item must be in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.
The item must be unused and unopened, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
3. Food & Grocery Items (Mediterranean & Middle Eastern sweets)
Due to health and food-safety regulations, we generally cannot accept returns for opened food items or items that have been consumed in whole or in part.
However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged, leaking, or spoiled.
You received the wrong item or a missing quantity.
The product is past its expiration date on arrival.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable, except where required by law:
Opened or consumed food products
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable on the product page
Gift cards or digital services

After your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product).

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
the outer shipping box
the product label
the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
